After working in rehabilitation for a year and caring for patients, Kat came across Tracy Anderson method Which combines body weight exercises and the fundamentals of functional training to sculpt, transform and strengthen the body. Kathryn fell in love with the flexibility and mobility aspect of it .Kat became a qualified method trainer under the supervision of Tracy Anderson in NYC.
Over the past 15 years Kat has kept up to date with relevant training techniques to offer the best PT sessions possible to her clients all over the world and now Dubai.
