ONE ON ONE
Method Training uses all the angles of the body to shape and sculpt it using your own body weight combined with ankle weights and light free weights. With hi repetitions, strong movements and extensions you have a killer workout using muscles in your body that you did not even know existed.
In this 50-minute session you will achieve:

Movement (cardiovascular exercise)
Method group classes are designed to be intimate and as close to a PT session as possible with only 6-8 people per class. Each class will focus on targeted areas of the body but the best part about Method Training is that every workout always works your entire body. Learn more about the classes being offered.
360 BY METHOD MVT
High energy cardio & strength workout. 360 is functional training using compound moves & works the larger muscle groups.
Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath with movements & has the potential to be a tough workout allowing you to break a sweat & really work those muscles.
Yoga for kids! We offer two age ranges from 2-3.5 & 4-87 years old. Start them young!
STRETCH BY METHOD MVT
Express stretch class to deeply elongate & lengthen for recovery & repair. Compliments any workout you are doing.
Advanced pilates using fundamental pilates movements with a Method twist.
